WORST place in Albany, they stole my money.

The worst place in Albany, disgusting, dirty, smelling horrible, trash everywhere, refrigerator with fully unpacked food, dirty, cabinets with dirty towels, plates were wet and dirty, unhealthy and unsanitary. Never rent this place. They stole my money because I request a cancellation and refund in the moment that I arrived and Vrbo customer services said the place is “habitable”. I can’t believe how people can live and rent a place like that. I sent pictures and videos and they didn’t refund my money. I texted to the host telling about the situation and she never responded me back. Never consider this place for your stay. I’m 5 stars renting places to sleep and this is the first time seeing such a disgusting place. NEVER RENT THIS PLACE IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

Property was run down and wasn’t clean when we got there. Host wasn’t in town to go Uber anything with me. Neighborhood was run down. Windows wouldn’t lock. Large bucket outside the window that wouldn’t lock and screen was ripped off and thrown on the floor as if someone tried to break in. Conditions were very unsafe feeling. Had to keep all personal belongings in my truck. And finally when host responded to me when explaining what was going on. He responded he will look into it. My opinion it’s completely unsafe for anybody to comfortably stay there.

Kind host.Very decent rate.Half a mile I had to to go to the place at the city's heart.I strongly recommend this place to whom is budget oriented.Little noisy outside but peaceful inside
