Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 5 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers a large dock plenty of room to dock up to two twenty five boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.

The space
The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, another full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The Third bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The fourth bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bathroom on this floor as well. The fifth bedroom is in the basement and finished with a bar and two queen beds. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has a dock to park boats. Three kayaks with paddles and life jackets onsite available to rent. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

We didn’t end up using it because of the temps and wind, but even if we had, it probably wouldn’t have worked this time of year.

We have endless water sport opportunities, nearby hiking trails, kid-friendly activities, unique restaurants and beautiful scenery with each season.

After making the decision to move closer to family, we just could not bring ourselves to sell our home here in Caseville. We decided to list our house as a vacation rental to give others the opportunity to enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.

While we may not be just around the corner, we are just an hour away. We are extremely hands-on and ALWAYS available. We have put our heart and soul into this home, and could not imagine a better way to share the joy and memories that it has given to us.
