two story town home nestled in a gorgeous area of sandy springs surrounded by lush green parks and a golf course club.i cannot say enough about the potential for this location. It is a beautiful pace with beautiful people. You walk to publix or dollar general and one mile off of highway 400, 285, 75 and 85. Huge marta station nearby- but you can't see or hear ANY of it.. all you see is beautiful landscaping, but right here in arms reach of whatever you need.
I am very accommodating and understanding within reason, but I require honesty and full disclosure. If you have an animal or 4, get it cleared, sign the policy, pay the fee, and carry on about your business.
If you plan to have a gathering of any kind, super bowl watch party, birthday, etc. I am ok with it. Again, disclose ahead of time, agree to and sign policy, pay the fee, keep noise at a reasonable level, no illegal activity, no fighting or disturbances, clean up behind yourself, shut t down at agreed upon time, no overnight guests that arebtllb included in the reservation details, keep it pushing.
Outdoor ring cameras to protect me and my guests will be utilized.
For long term stays, i require $50 a week to come check on the unit (minimum). If any major cleaning or repair needs addressed you'll be fined accordingly (+$100 up to cost of major repairs (total $150+) if you would like to utilize the weekly professional cleaning service while they're there you may do so! (Total $150) the pay rate calculated in your reservation covers the first week, and the long term kicks in on day 8 and is due on day 14, continuing each week, respectively.
all pets parties children smoking and any other thing that you see that says policy in description will be enforced, make sure you get and sign a copy of that policy for your review because you will be responsible for knowing what it says. thank you
