Looking for phenomenal sunrise views over the ocean? You've found them here! Those pinks, purples, and reds will be gorgeous from either your top floor open deck or lower level covered deck. Your bright and cheerful living room boasts vaulted ceilings, natural light streaming in from both windows, and the sliding glass door leading out to the ocean-view deck. The comfy seating group is centered around a TV, perfect for a movie night and the telescope allows you to search for hidden treasures in the ocean. A beautiful kitchen offers granite counters, a tile backsplash, and a full suite of appliances. The family chef will love this space to prepare everyone's favorite snacks and meals. The breakfast bar seats three, while the adjoining dining table seats up to eight and sits right in front of a window, with a fabulous ocean view. If you prefer to dine alfresco, a table and chairs await you on the deck. Also on this top floor is the main bedroom. Enjoy your own private ocean view deck and en suite bath. The lower level offers three additional bedrooms. These three bedrooms share two full baths. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, cable TV, an outdoor shower, and a ground-level lounge area.

Convenient and Comfortable- May need maintenance

We loved being so close to the ocean, the space, and all of the amenities this property provided. After day 2 (of our 3 night, 4 day stay) we realized that the AC unit was not working, but we didn't complain. Luckily, we are from NY, and the weather was neither freezing cold, nor unbearably hot. Conveniently, it was in the 70's and 80s our whole stay. We were able to open windows and utilize the fans to stay at a comfortable temperature. Expectations and information on leaving the property were unclear, except for check-out time. Extra clean sheets and towels were left, as well as toiletries and daily necessary supplies. There are beautiful views from the decks throughout the day. Sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. We were all happy, satisfied and comfortable.

Great place

Love the access to the beach and having a large area that wasn’t used on beach due to isolation from other homes. Only down side was the stairs at the house were steep and 3 stories made it hard to get things up and down but other than that highly recommended.
