Make Serenity your happy place! This newly updated waterfront home features two decks with breathtaking views of the sunset and intracoastal waterway. Sit on the upper deck with a cup of coffee or tea and watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset.This home is conveniently located on a cul-de-sac, only one block from beach access. Open concept for comfort and entertaining.
The space
This home has two floors. The master suite located on the first floor includes a queen size bed , flat screen tv, glass sliding doors with a deck overlooking the intracoastal waterway, and a private bathroom with oversized shower. Second bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen tv and glass sliding doors that lead to the deck. Third bedroom features a queen size bed with a flat screen tv. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom. Also, for your convenience there is a washer and dryer. Second floor features an open floor plan! Living room with queen size sofa bed and flat screen tv, half bath, dining room, full kitchen with island, and glass sliders that lead to deck with the intracoastal waterway in your yard! Plenty of space to entertain! Kitchen and dining room can accommodate at least 13 people. The views from each floor are breathtaking! The ground floor features a shed with beach chairs, umbrella and two bikes. Enjoy the outdoor amenities- picnic table, BBQ and a private outdoor shower! Parking available on private driveway and street. YOU ARE ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE BEACH!

You will have access to the entire home except for owner's closet in hallway with lock.
Other things to note
To welcome our guests you will find Keurig with k-cups, tea bags, coffee-mate, sugar, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, and sponge. The kitchen is also equipped with blender, electric oven range and microwave. The kitchen is set up with plenty of pots and pans , silverware, mugs and glasses and spices (salt and pepper). There are flat screen tv in all the bedrooms and living room. You will access to wifi.

Great stay

House was great for our family of 6 people. Would definitely recommend. House was clean and close the beach. View from the back deck was amazing. Only issue is the internet was at times spotty and slow and the upstairs tv has screen mirroring only (no cable or Roku). But who needs that stuff at the beach anyway I guess, right? Would highly recommend.

Soggy Memorial Day Weekend

The owner was delightful to work with and communication was great! The rental unit was clean and accommodated our group well. We spent time to just hanging out together as a family because the weather was cold/rainy. Sometimes it’s just what you need.
