Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.
Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be fully potty-trained and are not allowed on the furniture or on our blankets, sheets, towels or on any of our linens. Pets must be crated at all times when no guests are present. Being able to bring your pet(s) with you to the property is an extra privilege, but is an extra responsibility as well. Any messes made must be thoroughly cleaned up by the guests. If extra cleaning is required to clean up messes left by pets, you agree to be charged extra money to cover the costs.
To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.
The guest bedroom does not offer cable or streaming services.
The electric grill is provided to guests as is. Cleaning it before use is at the discretion of the guests.
In general, the resorts/HOAs are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
