Property was great, very convenient location. I do believe owners have a dog and I am allergic (so that made me a little uncomfortable). Very responsive and friendly!

We do want to clarify that our VRBO listing specifically states and discloses in the listing that we do have a dog, while also clearly stating that we do not permit pets for our rentals. We have always tried to be transparent about this so that guests with significant pet allergies can make an informed decision before booking. While we professionally clean and prepare the home between rentals, we cannot guarantee that the property is completely free of pet allergens. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you had a lovely wedding!

This property was clearly the owners’ primary residence and not solely a vacation rental. That actually made it quite nice, however, a few extra pillows and blankets would’ve been nice. This place is very much within walking distance of much of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was great. Beautiful home. Had everything we needed, although we wish we could have actually enjoyed the hot tub and riding bikes, but sadly we were working all day.

Beautiful home with large yard that offers outdoor setting and a hot tub. While we didn't use the hot tub, the table and chairs were a pleasant place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon conversation and evening cocktail. Comfortable beds, open kitchen with all the supplies you need to fix dinner. Privacy and open space in the front yard. Great front porch. Easy to communicate with the property owners. Overall, very nice place to stay and very nice owners to communicate with.

Beautiful home, easy walk to town, ample parking and nice to be able to use the garage to store our bikes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great home for a getaway

We were here for a work trip. The house was perfect for the three of us. Loved the snacks that were provided and the hot tub. The location was great! I enjoyed being close to the golf course and walking the trail close by.

Spacious and in great shape. Walking distance to the golf course is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Great neighborhood and location but ...

We loved the neighborhood with fun walks to town and along Crystal river. The property had a sweet backyard. The updated bathrooms and kitchen lured me in but this place did not deserve the high nightly price. While things were basically cleaned there was deep grime and dog hair in places you definitely don't want to see it. Greasy pans. Filthy dish drainer. The couches and beds were mushy. The master bed had 2 deep troughs in it. The bath towels and mats were old and stained. Super bad smell in fridge and freezer. Cat or dog pee smell some places. Yuck!

We professionally clean our house thoroughly, utilizing commercial grade cleaners pre and post guest stays and have never received negative feedback. We are sorry your "hypo-allergenic " sensitivities were not accommodated. We have stainless steel All Clad pots and pans, and provide plenty of sheets, and towels for guests to choose from. After review we have made certain upgrades and we wish you luck with your next rental. We do not own a cat :)
