About this property

Bungalow home located just over one from the south side of campus this super close to campus home offers off street parking and a big back yard for tailgating or cookouts. Just steps away from the music school enjoy the arts district and still be walking distance to town. Most everything you need is just minutes away. The home has a outdoor patio, bbq, fire pit and is great for game day or graduation gatherings. It is a few minutes walk to the theater, music school, university museums and of course our famouse Mother Bears pizzaria.

The location is great, right next to campus, and walking distance to Kirkwood Ave. The house was spacious, but definitely and older house. Bathrooms were usable, but our shower dripped and if you didn't close the curtain the floors got wet. The dishwasher did not work. The kitchen was quite well equipped and they had a grill, but we couldn't find a corkscrew. There were no instructions about any of the quirks, or about what to do when checking out. I reached out before hand but never heard back. The described entry process on the site worked, so it wasn't a big deal

Great front porch, close to campus

Great location that will remind you of your life as a college student. A few items were broken/not working in kitchen but it didn't cause us too much of an inconvenience. It was clean and comfortable, however. Easy walk to Mother Bears Pizza. I'd likely book here again.

Great IU Move-in Experience

We appreciated great communication from the owner, awesome location for moving a kid into college, and a nice clean place to call home for a couple days as a family.
