Casa Bryan Park

Located a short walk from Bryan Park playground, ball courts/ fields, and swimming pool; this historical home is a great place for a get-a-way. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom charmer has high ceilings and original hardwood floors. Relax on the covered front porch swing, enjoy family time around the dining table, or hang out around the backyard fire pit. Get to IU campus in 5 minutes, Memorial Stadium or IU Hospital in 10 minutes, or Lake Monroe in 15 minutes!

Just off of the living room is one large bedroom with 2 queen beds, beyond the dining room there are 2 more bedrooms containing 1 queen bed each down. The central bathroom has been remodeled with glass shower enclosure and easy access washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully functional with blenders, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, cups, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay. The living area and each bedroom has a smart tv for your viewing pleasure.

There is space to park 3 large vehicles in the driveway and 1 on-street parking spot in front of the casa.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape-free environment.

Great getaway!

First trip to Bloomington

The Casa Bryan house was such a find! Ideally located close to the university, and on a quiet street with a lovely elementary school on one end and Bryan Park on the other. House is pet-friendly so my dog loved going for miles of walks down at the Bryan Park trails. House was quiet and cozy and I was supplied with everything I could possibly need. Host was very attentive. Will definitely book again!

Clean, Quiet, and Spacious

We enjoyed the three bedrooms, which are large and well separated for privacy. The living room and dining room entertained our five family members and two guest family with room to space. The house is well kept, with a new main bathroom. The kitchen has ample work space, appliances and utensils. A short walk to the park, and close to stores and restaurants. A very nice rental--would stay again!

Weekend Trip to IU for the grandparents.

Super Communication, I messed up my email address upon booking and the host went out of their way to ensure our experience was flawless. Very well equipped facility, very clean and a nice quiet neighbor hood. The property is close to town and events and easy to find. Hosts are top notch, all processes and expectations are clearly communicated. We had 2 (70+ years of age) travelers with us and a 17 year old, plenty of room and ease for my parents to access the house. The baths are nice and fully equipped. We will return to The Casa Bryan Park again.

Nice place and bigger than it appears online

My husband and I stayed here when we were in town to visit our son at IU. The property wasn't really within walking distance to campus (although for some it would be), but it was a very short drive there. There is a coffee shop within walking distance but otherwise it is in a nice, residential area on a quiet street. There are board games and the decor is not your typical Ikea-furnished-by-a-corporate-property-owner furnishings. The owners seemed to have spent time actually living there, as they thought of everything we needed. Communication was great also. Definitely would stay here again.
