The smoker and Griddle are perfect for creating amazing memories on top or bottom 500 sq foot deck and patio below. Guests love the golf cart for ease of around the neighborhood, to Mitchell's Marina or simply to the dock, beach, or pool. (Only 1 minute walk) Golf cart can be rented for additional daily fee.

Why they chose this property
Our property is located on the southern side of the lake, the water is clear and the views of the mountain are beautiful from the lake. This property is conveniently located two minutes from Mitchell's Marina. Enjoy golf at the public course at Mariner's Landing.
What makes this property unique
Mitchells Marina has a lot to offer. A restaurant, live music on Friday nights, rent a boat or
watersport equipment, ice cream and fireworks on the 4th of July!
Mariner landing is a short drive where you can play golf on their public course. Our community has a dock, beach, pool and firepit for sunsets and smores!
