Everything was great!! The house was super nice and clean, and we had a relaxing stay. It was in a very convenient location with a lot to do around the town.
Clean and close to downtown. Five adult guys spending a long weekend watching football, playing golf, eating, and drinking. We sat in the backyard around the little fire pit in the evenings.
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in/out was a breeze. The location was so close to everything! The home itself was very clean and just what we needed. I would definitely rent again.

Thank you for the kind review! You are welcome back anytime 😊
Very nice stay!! it was walking distance to everything on the main strip of Route 66 & all the shop’s. It was a trip for the kids so we did Bearizona, Canyon coaster, Train ride book in advance for busy holiday
House was exactly as advertised and the location, only a couple blocks from Route 66 and the Grand Canyon Railroad, was great. We didn’t have to drive for the 3 days during our stay in Williams.
This house had everything you could possibly want, it is the best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at. The s’more station was a cute bonus. And we enjoyed being able to walk into town. My only downside was the internet is slow which made it hard to work Monday morning. But over all a great place to stay.
Cross Country trip with family and the house was much bigger than pictures look online. It was a nice break from hotel rooms since we were staying for 3 nights, plenty of privacy and use of laundry was great!!
The property was great for families, we had everything we needed and then some. Great personal touches with decor made it feel like a home away from home. Was very impressed with the swift response by management when I needed the walkways shoveled after snowfall. A very nice place for families to congregate. Thanks again!
This was the perfect accommodations for a trip to Williams. We had amazing stay. The house is so clean and beautifully decorated, you feel like you’re home. It’s so close to downtown and the Railway, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is appointed with everything you would need, from filtered water, to snacks, to kitchenware, to extra bedding, to maps, etc., etc. They have a grill, a perfect backyard to congregate around the gas fire pit, and seating on the front porch. We would recommend staying here every time. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time staying at this adorable home for our trip to Williams for Polar Express and Bearizona. The holiday decorations that were up were such a nice touch and really made it feel like a festive trip! The home was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager as well. It was the perfect setting for a weekend of wonderful memories. I highly recommend this over, staying in the Grand Canyon Railway hotel. We will be back :-)
