"Kosta Rooca" sleeps up to 4 people and has been completely remodeled. Bright and clean with the atmosphere of beach and ocean decor. The owners suite includes a queen size bed. Take advantage of the queen size sleeper sofa offered for extra sleeps. The bathroom is extremely spacious and sparkles with a remodeled tiled shower. The view you get from this 3rd floor unit is spectacular! Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is an Oceanfront Resort that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis courts with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, and community grills. Memorial Day weekend

This property is at a great location within the island, close to a lot of restaurants & shops. The pool was very nice and we loved being a short walk from the beach. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo was lacking. The sheets had hair on them and the floors had debris from the previous tenants.

Best Weekend Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo was clean and loved waking up to the ocean view from the balcony. The short walk to the beach, big pool close by, and sunny & shaded loungers were a huge plus.

Gorgeous view

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The view is awesome. With just a short walk to the beach, the property exceeded our expectations. The newly remodeled condo has everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable. The coastal decor adds to the beauty of the condo. It is a home away from home. Our contact for the property, Laura, made sure we enjoyed our stay. She answered our questions and requests in minutes. We will definitely return to this condo for a relaxing vacation!
