Ocean Front Complex! Super nice and updated, newly renovated, newer furniture, new paint, new ceiling fans, 1 minute walk to Coligny Beach! This unit is incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened!

BRAND NEW Gel Foam Queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage. There is no door to bedroom, is open to hallway. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!!

My boyfriend and I had the most lovely time in Hilton Head. The bikes offered by the host were so nice and the convenience to the plaza was so nice. We rode the bikes to get coffee and breakfast. The condo also came with chairs for the beach which were so nice. Over we had an amazing weekend and had amazing meals recommended by the host!

Excellent weekend getaway

Lori's property was great for a long weekend getaway. Great rate and perfect location with private beach access. Also within walking/biking distance to Coligny Park and numerous shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to visit again!

Perfect getaway!

To begin with upfront communication was excellent and plus there were no surprises with this unit when we arrived. Place was very clean and like the reviews indicated, the place was very cute and there was plenty of usable storage. Being on the 1st floor was awesome as only one set of steps to deal with. Access to beach was awesome and the sunning deck and swing were nice touches to enjoy. The VERY BEST part was having free access to 2 bikes. A nearby place rented bikes at 20 for 4 hours but having access 24 hours a day for our 5-day trip was fantastic as it was so much easier to explore the island and fun to ride as well! Riding the bikes one the beach was also a highlight. We will be going to Hilton Head annually now and this condo will be our go to place from here on out as location is super close to so many restaurants and things to do and see.

Hilton Head Reunion with College Friends

The winter projects in the garage didn't bother us because we liked everything else. Lori and Scott were ready to help with any questions we had. We really liked having a tiny place that had everything. I called it the Thumbelina house. Bikes and walks were wonderful. Spectrum needs to make access to network easier....not the owners' faults. We already want to come back

Lovely property in a great area. Very clean, excellent instructions on how to get there, parking, access to condo..... beautiful view from balcony and a great deck on beach side of building that we used a lot. Kitchen well equipped. Would very much recommend.

Stay at Sea Side Villa's 3 to 4 times a year.Love the location. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only recommendation is maybe a mattress topper. Bed was extremely firm. We had a great time.

Thanksgiving weekend trip

Intimate cozy getaway

We came for the annual Lantern parade which came right by property. Condo has elevators, nice pool, and quiet atmosphere. Easy to walk or bike to several shops and restaurants. Bikes in excellent condition.

Awesome and Close to Everything

Loved the location the beach access and the food across the street. Make sure to keep the bicycles locked up even when back at the apartment. Owners are fantastic.

GREAT location just steps from the beach. Short walk to great restaurants and bars. Loved the amenities - bikes and beach chairs were so nice. Hosts were very accommodating when we had to change travel dates due to a hurricane. Can’t wait to come back soon. Thanks Lori and Scott!

VRBO 1261504 AND~CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, rentals is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!

What makes this property unique

SO close to Coligny Beach and shopping, restaurants and bike paths! Resort is gated and private, very nice pool, complex is very clean and well cared for. The condo is SUPER clean!
