This villa offers a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area are combined. Additional bedding for this villa includes a sofa sleeper in the living room and also one bunk bed in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which is ideal for a small child. There is a balcony located off the living room which offers a nice oceanside view. You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. The condo has flat screen HD TV's in bedroom and living room.

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful unit, stocked with everything I needed, close to the beach. February stay and found it private and quiet. Walking distance to Coligny Beach shops and restaurants. Everything about the reservation and checkout was easy.

Amazing location!

This spot was perfect. Parked the car and didn't get back into it until we left the island. I would note that it is very small - we had two adults and two teens and we were definitely in each other's way. It did not negatively impact our trip at all, but might be useful to know there is not a lot of space for things. They also need WAY more hooks and space savers to keep things organized/out of the way. We had a blast!!

Hilton Head Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. Villa location was perfect, close to ocean and Coligny Plaza.
