The perfect spot for our quick stay in Nashville, IN. The home is beautifully decorated and was a great place for our 3 couples to relax and enjoy Brown County.

Great Place for IU Graduation

An amazing property nestled in the oasis of Nashville, IN. A great place to stay when visiting IU and Bloomington is booked solid. The house has been completely renovated and the interior design is amazing. All the amenities are there and conducive for all ages. Will certainly come back!

Great place for work retreat

I lead a team of campus missionaries and we did our annual staff retreat here. The house was great, plenty of space for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the several common areas, especially the patio. Amanda is a great host who responded quickly and seriously to our requests. Will definitely try to stay again!

Wonderful home in central location

We stayed for a weekend for a girls trip in the fall. The house was exactly as advertised and even more beautiful in person! The thoughtfulness and detail of the design was carried throughout the home. The location was also perfect! There was parking for 3 cars with free on street parking adjacent to the house for any additional vehicles. We were a short walk from all the restaurants and shops- couldn’t have been a better location! Will definitely book again if visiting Nashville in the future.

We would definitely stay here again

My friends and I ooh’ed and ahh’ed over this renovated home. It was beautiful, bright and perfectly decorated. It was large enough to sleep 10 comfortably, located in the heart of Nashville so we could walk everywhere, and included lots of thoughtful amenities. Unfortunately it was cold while we were there so we didn’t get full use of the deck but several of us enjoyed the hot tub. The owner couldn’t have been more gracious, answering all my questions, and check-in was easy. I cannot recommend this property and the owner enough - we hope to stay there again in the future.

Fabulous!

This beautifully appointed oasis will exceed your every expectation. We were seeking a quiet relaxed and luxurious weekend retreat and found all of that and more. This is a beautifully designed home where every detail has been considered. There was just two of us this trip. However, this home is designed for a beautiful family gathering with game room and back deck that will keep all age groups entertained. Backyard deck is private and has bar style grill with seating and a Jacuzzi tub with such crystal clean water it appears you could drink it. We will be returning to enjoy this gem as a family. If you have not been to Nashville, Indiana, it is also a must see. Cute town, great restaurants, the nicest people. Hope you get a chance to visit and stay in this beautiful home.

Bachelorette weekend

Everything about this house is perfection! If you’re looking to stay in Nashville look no further than 12 South. We had a group of women stay in this house for 2 nights we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Being able to walk right into town was great! The outdoor space was beautiful. Check-in, parking and check out were a breeze! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect House for Your Wedding Weekend

We booked this house for my bridal party to stay the weekend in Nashville and we could not have been more pleased! The house is a beautiful backdrop for getting ready photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to get their hair and makeup done. The back patio is huge and perfect for spending time with friends.

Lovely Getaway

BEST Rental I have ever stayed in...

my girlfriends and i had an absolutely amazing time here!! There were 11 of us staying for a low key bachelorette party. We originally planned to walk around the town and go to the bars in the evening, but we ended up spending most of our time at the house. It is EXTREMELY walkable to downtown nashville (literally the block right next to it) so we could take short little walks to ice cream, dinner, shopping, etc. plenty of seating for everyone to hang out together, and the outdoor area is beautiful- this is where we hung out, enjoyed a too few many drinks, played games, and just enjoyed each others company. i love to travel and have stayed in too many rental properties to count, and this by far was the best one and exceeded my expectations. Sometimes, the pictures look better than the actual home but this was the opposite- the pictures did not do it justice!! Check in and Check out was so easy, i would highly recommend this for anyone- whether its a large group of friends, family, and couple's get away, bachelorette party, whatever! it was amazing!
