With sprawling views of the foothill mountains, Carlsbad city lights, and hot air balloons above Del Mar, this Casita is exquisite. Wake up to the gorgeous sunrise with a hot cup of Nespresso coffee and cuddle in at night taking in the spectacular sunset. Everything is brand new from the ground up. The Casita features real European oak wood floors throughout, 2 large covered patios, Saltillo tile in the bathroom and patios, marble countertops, custom wooden French doors/windows and a full size washer/dryer. Location is minutes from the Carlsbad beaches with easy access to major San Diego freeways.

Guests enjoy separate private gated entrance with parking available up to 4 vehicles. Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/Disney+ and Internet/utilities all included with 65 inch smart TV. King size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Garner ll Medium Pillow Top mattress. An air mattress is available too for extra guests. Kitchen features all brand new Samsung appliances. Please note there is a beautiful stone fireplace but NOT for use at this time. The property has nice walking trails with some hills for extra exercise.

PERFECT!!!

This place couldn't have been any better! We have stayed in many rental by owner properties and this is second to none. Not only was the Casita perfect but Melissa was the perfect host! This was our first time to the area and we weren't familiar with the local restaurants so we followed her recommendations and they were spot on! Thanks again for making our short time in Vista great!

Relaxing romantic getaway

Perfect private home for romantic getaway. This is our third time to this cute private getaway. The home is clean and very comfortable. We like to escape from our own home which is in the area. Escape the chaos at home for some serenity with beautiful views.

The cutest, quaint villa/casita. Beautiful location. Private, yet still open enough to see the surrounding views in Vista. Melissa was a pleasure to communicate with prior to check in. Would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you!

Beautiful view from a lovely casita

We both really enjoyed staying here. There is a gorgeous view of the Vista hills from the property and the house had everything we needed. Melissa is a gracious and thoughtful host and she responded to messages promptly. We will be back next time we're in Vista.

North County Casita

We spent a wonderful week at this Casita in North County San Diego. It has a great location less than 10 minutes from the center of Vista for easy access to restaurants/breweries and only 20 minutes to the beach, but 10 miles inland to enjoy sunny days avoiding the coastal fog. It's perched on a hillside in a quiet semi rural neighborhood. Very bright inside with ample South facing windows to bring in natural light and expansive views of the surrounding hills. The Spanish style Casita is very new, immaculate and well laid out with high-end furniture and kitchen. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Powerful AC and ceiling fans for perfect climate control. Covered patio to avoid direct sun and relax. Daily visits from Bingo the friendly Chocolate Lab. Definitely worthy of all the 5 star reviews. No complaints whatsoever. We will certainly return when visiting SoCal again.
