We stayed here for our guys weekend in Cooperstown in early October. Communication leading up to our stay was great. Very small hiccup in trying to enter / check in when we arrived at 4:30 but a quick phone call to Rob and we were in in a couple minutes. Place was beautiful and clean. I’d definitely stay again next time we go.

Great Place to stay

This is a great place to stay! It is close to CDP and the lovely Downtown Cooperstown. The owners were amazing and so hospitable! We would definitely recommend staying at 1825 Cottage.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It is conveniently located close to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown!The home was very clean & comfortable! It was well equipped with everything we needed! The owners were very responsive and lovely to meet. We will be traveling to Cooperstown Dreams Park again next summer & would definitely stay at the cottage again. Highly recommend

The perfect place to stay for Cooperstown Dreams park guest.

Fantastic Stay! We had a great experience at this house. It was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for our group. The location was perfect—just minutes from town and very close to Dreams Park. The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

If you're going to Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreams Park, this is place to stay. The house is even better than the pictures show it and you're minutes away from everything. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Cottage

This was a perfect spot when our son played at Dreams Park. It's a short drive to the fields and downtown Cooperstown. The cottage was extremely clean, check in/check out was easy and the area was quiet.

Cooperstown baseball trip

This location was perfect for travel back and forth to the baseball park. Nice and quiet location! Walking path to the Fly Creek Cider Mill which is delicious and very affordable!! I recommend the bloomin apples. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a nice stay while we were in town for Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was close to the park, on a nice property and had everything that we needed. We were grateful that we were able to drop off our luggage a little early.

Perfect Farm House

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a perfect stay at this beautiful farmhouse in Fly Creek, just minutes from historic Cooperstown. The home was spacious, very clean, and provided the ideal setting for our family getaway. The property had everything we needed and more — a peaceful country atmosphere, plenty of room for everyone to relax, and all the comforts of home. It was the perfect balance of being close enough to Cooperstown attractions while still offering a quiet retreat to come back to. We would absolutely recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay in the area, and we can’t wait to return!

A great house in a great location, would stay again.

The house was perfect for us - there were four of us and we each had our own bedroom, with plenty of space for us to be together or keep to ourselves. The kitchen and living area are comfortable - and we made use of the patio and grill as well. The house is a five minute drive from Main Street in Cooperstown - so easy to get to and from the Hall of Fame, shops, restaurants, bars, and more. Next time I go to Cooperstown, I'll hope to stay at this home in Fly Creek again.
