Amazing Cottage

We were visiting friends in Baytown and needed a place to stay. This cottage was perfect, great layout, 2 bathrooms and everything you could need. We left every day after breakfast and came home in the evening/night. The beach is not far away which is really great. You get into the house via a keypad, so you can't lose a key or have a problem with not having enough keys if everyone doesn't want to do the same thing. If I come back to Baytown this will be my first inquiry as to whether it is available. Thank you and greetings from Germany.

My name is Kimberly, and I am happily married to my best friend, Boyd. We have seven children (all are grown except one). We loved the idea of creating a place people would visit that feels like home and provides a relaxing, comfortable environment. So with our children's help, we completely remodeled this home and created what you see today. Outside of this project, we both work full-time (me as a nurse and my husband as a salesman).

Why they chose this property

This property called out to me. I loved the closeness to El Jardin beach and its relaxing feel. The community of El Jardin is laid-back and friendly.

What makes this property unique

It's a quick drive to the Kemah Boardwalk/Waterfront, JSC NASA Space Center, Seabrook seafood markets, grocery stores, and local restaurants. Additionally, you will be centrally located between Houston and Galveston. The locals enjoy sunbathing, building sandcastles, swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, and watching ships sail away.
