At this spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom home in desirable Sand Point, you’ll find yourself relaxing the moment you walk through the doors. Just a few steps over the boardwalk to the beach or the community pool, there’s no shortage of fun to be had!

Unique and modern, 4 Palms boasts an open-concept living space where guests can mingle no matter where they are. In the living room, you’ll find ample seating on a cozy sectional and a flat-screen TV so you can watch your favorite shows! There’s also a downstairs living room for guests who can’t decide to watch a movie or the big game. Here, you can enjoy both! Prepare a meal in the modern and well-appointed kitchen, full of all kitchen essentials to please the pickiest of chefs. The primary suite has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin-size beds. The bunkroom sleeps a crowd with a twin-size bunk bed and a full-size bunk bed.

Was a wonderful stay once we managed to get in the lower rooms of the rental. Nobody told us we had to go through the garage. I spent almost an hour trying multiple codes to get in the lower unit. It wasn’t until the last “support “ call they realized we were trying the wrong door.

Enjoyable stay

Good option for the price for large family group. Very accessible from beach.Slightly older house but well kept. We preferred upstairs over downstairs.

We had a great time visiting while sitting at the huge dining table. Love the open concept, lends to family visiting. Plenty of room, we even played charades. Loved the property.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. 4 Palms has lots of room with a great table for eating as a group or playing games. We also enjoyed the large sofa upstairs. There are just a few details that need attention. When we first arrived I messaged and texted about the code for the bottom floor apartment because we were not able to get in and got no response. After a while we figured it out so I messaged back “Nevermind”. We still never got any kind of message. We had some difficulty with the TV in the upstair’s master. There were 2 remotes and the one that actually worked with the TV had no batteries. Once I swapped them out we were all good. The unit was mostly clean with the exception of the actual kitchen trash can. It is white with a flip top lid and needs to be wiped down. Also, we had to move the couch because something fell through the cushions to the floor, and it was very apparent that the couch has not been moved in some time. It was filthy under there. The rug and pillows in the upstair’s living area are past their prime but were clean. The place smelled fresh which is huge for me. On the final day of our stay, while I was getting ready, a roach crawled across the bathroom counter. I asked my son if he had seen any downstairs to which he answered “yes”. Definitely time to spray. In the future, I will look for a unit that includes a golf cart. It is definitely an amenity we don’t want to be without.

My family enjoyed our stay. We found the master bathroom light fixture had no light bulb. The bed pad on 2 of the beds were heavily stained. Other then that. We enjoyed our stay.

We were under the impression that the two floors had an inside stairway. With separate outside entrances we didn't quite have the family atmosphere we wanted. Other than that, all was quite acceptable. Regret that the upper deck level was locked off. Certainly had all the amenities that one would expect in such a setting.

The house itself and location were great, but it was filthy! We definitely left it cleaner than it was when we got there. The sheets were not clean, floors and carpets had sand all over them, found trash in the dresser drawers from previous renter. The downstairs apartment, still had coffee in the coffee pot. I could go on and on..... We have rented from Silver Sands numerous times, so we were surprised to find the house in this condition!!!!

Great group house

Worked out great for our group of 9 adults. 2 separate units with 2 kitchens. Only complaint was the TV and wifi were almost unusable, horrible signal, and there were a lot of roaches so maybe some pest control. Plenty of space and beds, perfect location, close to everything.

We had limit TV and no internet, but that was a spectrum issue not not Silversands, they tried to fix the issue. House is very large and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and a restaurant at the end on the street. My only problem with the house is that the only way to get down stairs is stairs outside. The to living areas and kitchens was nice since we traveled with our adult children and their spouses. The yard could use a little love.
