This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family house is fully furnished and fully stocked with all the amenities, and waiting to welcome you.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, separate full bathroom with tub and shower, and closet.
The Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and closet.
The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and a closet.

Separate, spacious screened in lanai with dining table.
The second bathroom is a full one and also has a bathtub-shower.
Washer, dryer, and utilities all included.
Portable A/C Units and Ceiling Fans in every bedroom.

* Fully stocked with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Honey, Creamer; Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Spices; Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash; Bath & Beach Towels, Fresh Clean Linens ~ all provided.

Pet allowed with non-refundable pet fee.

You will have the whole house to yourself. :)
Considerate Caretaker is available and lives nearby.

Safe, quiet, peaceful home in Hawaiian Paradise Park, just 20 minutes south of Hilo.

It's necessary to have a car on the Big Island. I do have car rentals, so feel free to inquire! :)

Parking for 2 cars at the house.

- Please treat the House with Care and Respect, thanks.

- No Smoking inside the house

- No non-paying guests sleeping over

- No parties or events

- Sound travels easily.
Please respect Quiet Hours from 10pm - 8am, so as to respect the neighbors.

- Pets allowed upon request and payment of the Pet Fee.
IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended. So please do not plan on bringing them and then leaving them alone in the house while you go on excursions, etc.
