With just a 10 minute walk from downtown Port Clinton, the Jet Express to Put-In-Bay, and numerous bars & restaurants and short drive to wineries, breweries, beaches, Cedar Point and more, you're sure to enjoy your stay.

Amenities include a 30' dock immediately behind the unit (contact BEFORE booking for use), washer and dryer in unit, a private patio with outdoor furniture, kayaks, a paddleboard, community in ground pool (seasonal), community hot tub (seasonal), community grills, and community playground.

Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the bedroom, a queen sized pullout couch in the living room, and a futon in the sunroom. The sunroom can be separated from the living room with a black out curtain for privacy and has its own full bathroom in addition to the main bathroom next to the bedroom.
There is a private back patio with patio furniture including an table for outdoor dining.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher as well as counter top microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. It is fully stocked with all cooking needs including pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cooking oil, and basic spices.

The main bathroom, just outside of the bedroom, has been recently updated with a glass shower door and bench and has a stacked washer dryer and plenty of storage.
