Adorable place in an awesome location. It was so peaceful and comfortable. The place was very clean. We loved sitting outside listening to the birds singing and watching the horses go by. The neighboring horses and hens even came for a visit. Would stay again

Quiet little house with quick access to local activities. We stayed for 3 nights on this property and really enjoyed our time. While the bedrooms were a bit small for our needs, the living space was very spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet with beautiful views both front and back. Will be adding this property to our favorite list for a return visit in the future.

Perfect relaxing weekend

Very clean house in a countryside setting. The house is very close to restaurants and shopping but felt like you were in the middle of no where. We made a trip to the Age of Steam Roundhouse and just relaxed for the most part. We would love to return some time.

Short Girls Trip

This house is exactly as described. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The beds were comfortable, the couches were comfortable, the whole place was just cozy. Very close to shopping, or stay where you are and enjoy the peace and quiet, with views of the cows across the street and horses in the backyard. The coffee bars was a nice touch (and appreciated), as well as the cinnamon rolls left for us. The host was quickly responsive to my questions. Stay here, you won't regret it! he

Great Location

My husband and I had a great stay, everything was perfect. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Upon leaving we realized we had a flat tire. Luckily this location was about 3 minutes from a gas station. I've stayed in Millersburg previously; with out the necessary equipment to change a tire on a Sunday where nearly everything is closed, we couldn't be more grateful for the location!

My wife and I enjoy fixer uppers and were fortunate enough to keep my grandparents home in our family, and now make it available to guests visiting Holmes County.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in our family for nearly 70 years. My Grandparents moved the original portion of the house in (kitchen and dining room) in 1953, the spring after they were married.

We were happy to keep the property in the family and provide a wonderful place for guests to enjoy the quiet countryside of Holmes County.

This home is on a quiet country road, less than 4 minutes from the center of Berlin and Walnut Creek.
