Mixed Experiences

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property manager was super nice, responsive and available, we were overall disappointed with our stay. The photos of the kitchen and family room were accurate the other rooms and exterior are in need of updates and maintenance. The exterior fence and backyard/pool area are not well maintained or up to date, the hot tub never warmed up. We called and the handyman came very quickly and was professional at addressing a few minor things, the grill was filthy and very old, the family room couch was not hooked together so kept slipping, the twin beds slid all over the floor when kids slept. The bedroom furniture number of drawers didn’t work and bathroom cabinets were clearly well used. And the immediate neighboring homes were not kept up and police were called twice on one of them. We just had a very different experience than others that have stayed there. I would not return.

North Naples Park

The home was nice and I’m a convenient location to beaches and restaurants. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived water starting coming up in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The property manager was very responsive and moved us to another home within 48 hours.

FOOTBALL WEEK.

We never stay anywhere longer than 3 days and staying here a week was awesome! We enjoyed it. Wish the heated pool was actually heated and was working during hours we got out of the games to relax, but we made it work. There was bugs all over counter at night but they were gone in AM idk if its a florida thing by water but they were gone anyways. Enjoyed our stayed and we didnt even use a whole room so we cheated ourselves.😆
