Situated at the end of the canal, you can enjoy the stunning Florida sunsets from the oversized backyard and large patio. Located in walking distance to private beach. 40’ dock available upon request. Close to the Pompano Beach Pier, local nightlife, and restaurants.

Relaxing canal views and walk to beach

This property is as pictured and described. Large private fenced backyard with nice view of the water. Large heated pool. Neighbors were quiet. The walk to a nice beach was about 10 minutes - sidewalk the whole way. There is a beach cart available for use, as well as two beach chairs. The beach was not crowded during our February stay. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen was functional - new appliances, the counters and cabinets need updating. Excellent TV and Wi-Fi. The road is busy during the day, but quiet at night. Owner lives locally and is friendly and responsive to questions and the couple of small issues we had. Lots of restaurants in the area - a couple within walking distance, as well as a small convenience store. Golf and pickleball at community park a couple of miles away. Our first time in the area and we enjoyed our stay.
