Centrally located to be a perfect homebase while exploring the Verde Valley and Sedona. Enjoy views of Mingus Mountain and distant Red Rocks from a secluded backyard as well as nearby attractions including Old Town Cottonwood, local wineries, Sedona, Jerome, and several state parks.

Blazin' M Ranch and Page Springs Fish Hatchery are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
