House in Louisville, great location, family-friendly

Our home is in a great neighborhood with a lovely backyard of big trees and privacy. We are walkable to several restaurants, if you're willing to walk a mile. If driving, you'll be able to conveniently get around the city as our home is close to I-64 and I-264. And because we're a family with three kids we have everything you need for kids to enjoy their time as well. We're excited to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Derby Good

House was great and provided what we needed for the derby. It was great too, as our host also transported us to and from the Derby, so that was an extra bonus. Outdoor space was great and we used kitchen which had all the things we needed. Host even left flowers and a small care package for us. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Derby Stay

Had a wonderful stay with my wife and some friends for the 2024 Kentucky Derby. Everything was clean and exactly as described/pictured. The location was a nice family neighborhood, just a short 10-15 min Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Louisville. The owner were easy to communication with and responded quickly to the one or two questions we had while staying. They really wanted us to feel at home. I would very much recommend this VRBO for others.
