On the bluff above Capistrano Beach. Walk to San Clemente Pier or Dana Point Harbor. Newly remodeled duplex everything is new. Big rear yard with corn hole, fire pit, BBQ and horseshoe pit. Biking trails along the coast. Bike rentals, surfboard rentals all nearby. Tons of local dining spots in San Clemente and Dana Point. Short drive to Laguna Beach and historic San Juan Capistrano.
