Private living space, beautiful home in desired neighborhood. Walk to beaches and Pier, close to trestles. Located between San Diego and LA - near many of Southern California's main attractions.

Two big open rooms (split level studio style yet much larger). french doors, kitchenette and full bathroom. Two separate entrances.

Interaction with Guests
A little or more - up to you!!! We do have two lovely rescue dogs from the Bahamas that lounge in the shared backyard space on occasion. They will love you once they know you. We can keep them in a separate yard upon request.

Perfect!

The place was very clean and a perfect location to the beach. San Clemente is a beautiful area to walk around and enjoy the day. We were greeted with smiles when we arrived and loved the annex! I highly recommend staying here and will plan to do so again.

Loved my stay at the Beach Annex in San Clemente

My stay at the Beach Annex in San Clemente was wonderful. The unit was very spacious, got a lot of light, and even though it was hot outdoors and the unit had no air conditioner, you got beautiful ocean breezes blowing through it once you opened the windows, so it was always comfortable and cool inside. Street parking was plentiful and never a problem. This unit is in a perfect location. When you walk outside and look down the street you can see the ocean. The beach is within walking distance, as is a small local park that overlooks the ocean. The San Clemente pier is also close-by (you could walk there if you're feeling adventurous). That is where you can find a lot of restaurants, stores and places to do a little wine tasting. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to San Clemente.
