Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully appointed interior with TVs in the bedrooms and gathering space. The open floor plan of this end unit boasts high ceilings and tons of natural light. Every room has windows and nearly all overlooking the lake! The large kitchen offers everything - even a slow cooker. High-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work or learning.

Sit on the decks and watch the sun go down after a day at the beach, just steps away. Barbecue outside with the grill, and bring your tennis racquet for tennis as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Max occupancy is six people over the age of two years old (Bedford County Law).
The lower-level bathroom tub jets do not work.
Guests do not have access to the owner's boat slip nor can they rent a boat slip within the community.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Peaceful Weekend

We had a great weekend! We hardly saw any other people in the neighborhood which made for an extremely relaxing weekend. The lake view was stunning and the townhouse was in excellent condition and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. We are already thinking about our next trip!

Beautiful place and Excellent location

Absolutely stunning property and Lake location. Views were as advertised, sunsets were amazing! Only reason this place didn’t get a 10/10 was picky comments. We had trouble getting in using the code due to cleaning people but was resolved within 10-15 minutes. Deck was dirty with spider webs and needed cleaning so you could enjoy it! It lacked enough paper towels and cleaning type items if more than just two people stayed and actually had meals there. The place could easily accommodate 3 couples and additional kids. It was awesome

Great!

We loved our stay! Great place to be able to stay on the lake. Location was perfect. Loved having a boat slip! House was beautiful with all the things we needed. It was a Sweet Retreat! Ideas to make it even better- Better directions for trash dumping location listed in house. There are some things on walls that look like cameras made us uneasy. Should be identified what they are. Boat launching information needs to be more prominent. Happen to see a message about it in comments. That’s how we found the key. Spent money to go to State Park to launch because we didn’t know where the launch was. Trailer parking area was full. Needs to be larger area. Had to run out for ice because we couldn’t get the icemaker to work on the fridge. Thank you for letting us stay at your house. Will stay again!! 😊

GREAT RENTAL

Great location. VERY clean. Easy access to lake. Nice neighbors. Overall this rental was very nice. A few minor hiccups: grill was caked with grease, kitchen cookware very basic ( dull knives, no big pots) and pool was closed due to construction.
