Next to the beautiful East Saguaro Park modern, one story home is the ideal place to enjoy the blue Arizona skies and desert vegetation, including quails, pigeons, butterflies, hummingbirds, the works. It includes a 200 square feet independent casita, private in the back of the stunning landscaped backyard.
Non-smoking and no pets.

Near bike trails, and 10 minute drive from all kinds of shopping, restaurants, gyms.
Central AC and heating and fast WIFI, a study for working from home with a wide variety of books. To enjoy the outdoors there is a fire pit to enjoy under the stars. Civano embodies the concept of "new urbanism" that combines the tranquility of a walkable community, with two communal pools, and streets made for people.
You can walk 5 minutes to get to one of two pools. from the house.
Kitchen has a Bosch dishwasher, modern appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, all the utensils needed to prepare gourmet meals.
Beautiful covered private back patio overlooking a private yard with two very big mesquite tress and an assortment of Southwest vegetation to enhance the feeling of peace. The desert landscape views can be enjoyed from the inside of the house through large windows, or the inside of the casita through large double-paned windows.
If you don't want to cook at home, Tucson was named UNESCO Gastronomy City in 2015 and we are ideally located for you to explore all the culinary delights available.

Beautiful home in Civano!

This is a great home to stay if you’re on the east side of Tucson. A quiet, spacious and open home. The neighborhood is picturesque. It has everything you could want in a long-term stay. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again!

Charming!

We loved the home...It's art, the layout, the back yard, and the neighborhood was delightful. I enjoyed listening to the birds, and the wind chime, and the sunshine! My husband enjoyed riding his bike almost every day! We would definetly come back...maybe a little more of March and April. I'd like to enjoy the pools. Cecilia and Brad were great to host us!
