They say everything in life is “location, location, location”. Whether you’re looking for a winter escape or an opportunity to commune with nature in any season, we have the location for you.

Located on the fourth floor of Stoneridge, we boast the best view in the house. If simplicity and fresh air are what you seek, enjoy the change of seasons right from the balcony. The sight of green reappearing on the trees in the Spring, the feel of the warm Summer evening air, and the colors painting the trees in the Fall are reasons enough to make your escape to Stoneridge.

This ski in/ski out location allows you to glide right onto the slopes of Seven Springs, making your winter escape that much easier. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee or cocoa before you begin your day’s journey. The cozy fireplace will be there to welcome you home at the end of the day.

No matter the season, activities abound for guests of all ages. Hike the nearby trails, walk the paths surrounding the condo, or enjoy the many outdoor activities offered in the communities, including tennis, volleyball, pools and playgrounds. Bring your clubs and play a round at the golf course located on the resort, or venture off property to one of the nearby State Parks. Of course, you can always hop on a shuttle and enjoy the seasonal activities and events offered at the lodge!

Looking to get away during the week? Sometimes escape needs to be balanced with a busy work schedule. Make yourself comfortable at the desk in the Master Bedroom, jump on a Zoom call (Wi-Fi available), and get some work done whilst still enjoying the view.

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean & conveniently located condo. We really enjoyed all the comforts of home while being ski in/ski out. We appreciated all of the extra amenities this condo offered and the smell of fresh clean linens. We look forward to staying here again!

Great ski weekend!

We had a mother/son ski weekend and enjoyed every minute. The condo has easy access to the Village Trail (green) slope and handy ski lockers. The condo is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and the gas fireplace is very cozy!

Weekend Family Getaway

Our stay at Jonah’s condo was great! The check in process was easy too. We had to contact the host about the water pressure and they got back to us immediately and told us what we needed to do to turn the water on. There are a lot of steps to get up to the condo so it might be a bit challenging for someone with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Easy on and off the slopes

Super convenient location with easy parking which made unloading and loading convenient. Even though Mother Nature had not given us much natural snow, the team at 7Springs still had 75% of the slopes open including access to all the condos. Bonus we could stay parked at the condo on our last day of skiing after checkout and avoid the parking mess down at the lodge.

Perfect ski-in / ski-out stay at Stoneridge

We have a group of 7 adults and had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was very clean, and the furniture and beds were all in good shape and comfortable. There was only a few towels on hand, so you might want to pack your own towels. The owner / manager was easy to get in touch with when we were looking for the spa / hot tub pass. Parking was very convenient, as was the ski locker out front. The views from the oversized windows, and terrace, in the living room were amazing. The slope was very accessible, being a short walk out and around the back side of the building. The shuttle bus to the main resort building was timely and we took advantage of it. I'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot in the Mountains with lots to do nearby

We spent 4th of July weekend at this condo with our family. We had 6 adults but there was room for 2 more. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio taking in the Mountain View. We drove 45 minutes to ohiopyle for a day of white water rafting. We also utilized the 24 hour shuttle service to go down to the main lodge to enjoy the many summertime activities….alpine slide, putt putt golf, and live music and axe throwing at foggy goggle. It was a perfect weekend.

We had 3 families with a total of 11 people and it was perfect

The management was awesome and the condo was located right in the side is a green slope so effort to start the day was minimum. We had 6 adults, 3 18 years old buys and two 14 year old girls. There was plenty of room for all of us and each family had their own bathroom. Wish we could have stayed longer but enjoyed the time we had. Beautiful views of the mountain while relaxing by fire and watching TV. Thanks again for sharing the property.

Good stay

Great place. Perhaps a few more towels and blankets, and the Roku is a little unclear (ie how to get the NFL games this weekend)but overall a lovely place. Thank you. Also, I didn’t look very hard, but is there an elevator? Not sure if it’s handicap accessible. Injuries made it hard to climb stairs.
