Clinton House - Charming Cape Cod style home decorated with flair. Clinton House is just over 2 miles to All Star Village. It is less than 1/2 mile from the SUCO campus – home of Cooperstown Baseball World activities. This home is very convenient to Oneonta Main Street shops and restaurants. You will enjoy the welcoming ambiance and the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and one on the second - just right for a family of up to 5 people. A rear deck, complete with patio furniture, looks out over the back yard. There is off street parking for three cars.

Very convenient location

The house is about 5 minutes from All Star Village. It was a good setup for our family while we were there for baseball. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hiking trails at the college across the street

Best location with all you need!

Thanks for a great stay! The house was very clean, AC was blasting (which we so needed after our first day at ASV). We were the only family close enough to the diamonds to make the necessary runs back and forth during the week. 7 minutes away! The house responded to any questions I had immediately! there are plenty of restaurants, fast food, gas stations and pharmacies so close! Walmart and other stores very close by! The house itself was perfect for out, 3 adults, with an extra room for our to players to sleep on the last night.

The house is not kept well/ major septic problem. On our first night, after we showered the house began to smell like raw sewage.I had put my daughter to bed in the bedroom below the bathroom and she woke up in the middle of the night nauseous and complaining of the odor in her room, it smelled like raw sewage.I contacted the owner and he did call me the next day to say he would come check it out/ drive 4 hours up in the afternoon. ( I assume he was planning to come after work) only after I complained to VRBO that this is a health hazard/ requires a plumber (not do it yourself issue) did he call to say a plumber would come.He did address the issue and it turned out the cesspool pump was not working at all.When we came back, the sewage odor was gone but the whole house smelled like febreeze. Strong fragrance. Although the sewage issue was addressed, it was a very disgusting experience. Overall, the house is not well maintained. It is very dusty, smells like febreeze, warped floors, peeling paint, doors and windows are difficult to open and close (not aligned.) I had mentioned not being able to close the window to the owner and he said I had to maneuver the window in a certain way to shut it. Same issue with the porch door, had to lift the door for the lock to align. The owner was pleasant and the location convenient to CASV but I would not recommend staying here bc of the condition of the house.
