My husband and I are living in Collingwood. We really enjoy this area with all the mountains, lakes and nature has to offer. Collingwood offers quietness, coziness, peace along with spa and wellness retreats.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I own this house. We have been living here for some time. This is our house and we maintain it very well. This winter we are out of town for family reasons.

Our house has all modern amenities available inside. It is fully renovated with new furniture, kitchen and windows. There is washing machine and dryer in the basement. There is gas fireplace. There is huge driveway. Snow removal company is contracted to remove snow as it snows in. There is high speed WiFi provided.

The property is located in downtown area of Collingwood but in quieter and safe place. It is walking distance from all amenities, restaurants, cafes, bars.
It is 10 mins drive from Blue Mountain ski resort.
