Historic home with a modern touch within walking distance to downtown and minutes to the shores of Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain resort.

Inside you will find a welcoming living room with a gas fire place, an eat in kitchen equipped with a gas stove. Office space, full bathroom and laundry facilities complete the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a luxurious 4 piece bathroom with a soaker jetted tub. There are two great outdoor decks for relaxing and the whole house is yours.

Excellent stay. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice backyard deck for relaxing outside. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and events. We would definitely stay again. Our host was responsive and very helpful.

Great weekend away

We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely, centrally located home. It had all the amenities we needed and made for a great place to watch a movie and relax after a busy day at the beach and in town! Short walk to the trails, downtown Collingwood and the lake.

Wonderful stay!

This house was a home away from home and impeccably decorated on the inside. The beds were comfortable and the hosts left a nice bottle of wine for us on our arrival. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place

Booked this for a winter weekend getaway. This place looks even better in person than the photos listed. Great location, very comfortable, perfect amenities, details listed are accurate. Host was fantastic communicating check-in info and other little details. Loved chilling with my friends beside the fireplace, we left agreeing that we want to revisit in the summer.

Excellent area

We stayed for 16 nights and the house was comfortable and close to town. We would suggest that the second room needs something to gang guests clothes etc as the chest of drawers was full of extra sheets etc. we contacted the owner when we arrived as the AXC wasn’t working this was dealt with over the next 2 days. The owner asked someone to bring an outside table as the one provided was broken before we arrived unfortunately this didn’t arrive. Overall a nice stay.

Dane is excellent to talk with and deal with. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a lot of objects in it so you must be pet smart. I would recommend this place as you can walk everywhere with great restaurants all close.

Dane's house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Great location close to blue mountain and popular activities. Dane was a very responsive host and provided lots of helpful material at the house. Very clear directions and information all around. Will definitely be staying here again! Best place to stay and even pet friendly! 10/10 recommend

Charming home and a short walk to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The home decor is charming , ample parking in the back , well stocked with all essentials , and a short walk to downtown. Recommendation for making it better would be a new mattress for the double bed room room upstairs - it wasn’t comfortable for me. I would rent it again.
