Welcome to Downtime! This Port Aransas, Texas vacation home was built in 2019 and has an authentic island-style feel with three spacious porches, a tranquil patio and plenty of parking. Downtime is a gorgeous four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home designed with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Sit back and relax in the spacious living room and watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch Smart TV. Enjoy another 55-inch Smart TV and additional sleeping accommodations for two with the queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living area upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen is every chef's dream with all new Fiestaware dishes, glassware, and cookware - everything you need to make a great meal on those nights you don't feel like dining at one of Port A's restaurants.

Downtime offers a downstairs primary bedroom with a plush king-size mattress, 55-inch Smart TV, private access to a porch and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll discover two guest bedrooms with plush king-size beds and flat screen TVs as well as two additional full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds with a flat screen TV.

Downtime is located in the perfect location offering relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy the sparkling community pool or head down the private boardwalk to the beach. This vacation home is in the golf cart zone!! Don't forget to bring your pet the yard is fenced in.

La casa muy limpia pero la comodidad no fue de muy agrado

El refrigerador no servia se avia descongelado todo el piso mojado. No avia mopiador ni escoba ni bolsas de basura la puerta para abrir con la clave se serro por completo
