Newly Renovated LowCountry Cottage with Marsh Views - Sleeps 6

Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Lowcountry cottage, centrally located and less than 10 minutes from Downtown Beaufort, Parris Island, and Port Royal.

Nestled under the Spanish moss-draped oak trees the cottage is positioned perfectly to enjoy the sunrise over the marshes of Battery Creek, while observing an abundance of wildlife which include migratory birds and the occasional whitetail deer.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, Keurig, and a traditional coffee maker along with a variety of other small kitchen appliances.

The master bedroom has a king bed, desk, smart tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. One guest room offers a queen bed and the other guest bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have a smart TV.

The Sands Beach, boat landing, and fishing pier is 10 minutes away. The beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park are approximately 25 minutes from the home.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Renters must be 25 or older.

Very Beautiful Cottage

This cottage was great. Very clean and spacious. Both bathrooms had great lighting and duel sinks which is a plus for us. The only thing it lacked was dressers. There are hangers in all the closets, but you can’t hang everything you bring (socks, underwear, shirts, etc.). Dressers would have been nice and are a recommended add to the property.

The property was furnished very nicely, kitchen had all the dishes, etc that a well equipped place should have, pretty view of the marsh and oak trees. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Only recommendation would be the addition of bedside and living room lamps.

Close to Parris Island

Our family stayed here to attend our sons graduation on Parris Island. It was convenient to the island as well as to downtown Beaufort. The house was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. No lack of attention to detail in this house! Highly recommend.

This rental was just as described in listing. Very clean. Great location for what we needed. Close to stores, but wouldn't know it. Peaceful and great views. Communication was top notch. We had an issue with the slats on the King bed the first night. They were out the next day to tighten, but we were aware/careful after. This was our second stay at this location and will check for availability our next trip!

Well we arrived code wouldn't work, then the first night the master bed broke and it's very cheap. We had to go out and buy air mattress to sleep no one called us back while we were there. Way to much money to have broken beds. Very disappointed

Roach infestation.

First off we are SC residents and travel to Parris Island frequently. This location was beautiful on the advertisement but when we arrived, there was a cockroach infestation. Right when I walked through the door, upon reviewing the rooms I noticed 4 roaches. As time progressed we had to keep our shoes near to kill them as they appeared. Found one in our bed the next morning when we woke up. One was crawling on the shower door while I was in the master shower. One of my daughters was bit up so badly and as of this moment has massive swelling on her body in 6 places. We are continuing to watch the swelling just in case we need to go see a doctor. Upon our departure we stopped for gas to fill up our vehicle and found a roach in the gas compartment. Once I saw that, we took all of our property out and checked all our bags thoroughly before we got back in the car and left. I do not want an infestation following me back into my home. I am very disappointed and upset that such a wonderful milestone in my sons life was ruined by below grade living conditions.
