Elegant waterfront townhouse/condo situated in Rodney Bay, Pelican Point # 3 is situated in the townhouse development of Pelican Point with it's own small private plunge pool. Fully appointed 2 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront townhome in the heart of Rodney Bay.

This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room, which is also well equipped with Smart TV. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning and ceiling fans. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio and a small private plunge pool, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby. A small office is also situated on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.

On the top floor there are three air conditioned bedrooms. The primary bedroom also has a balcony with an amazing view of the Marina. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. (You will choose 1 bedrooms for your stay, the 2nd & 3rd bedroom will be locked off).

Please note: A waiver must be signed for any children under the age of 12, as the property is located on the marina waterfront with no fencing and direct access to the boating dock.

Great property. Spacious, clean, well equipped and modern, lovely out door sitting areas with plunge pool and views of the marina. Less than 10 minute walk to Reduit Beach and 15 minute walk to the mall in town. Our concierge Sharon, was always helpful and reachable.

Loved our stay. The view from the condo was fantastic and the furniture was very good quality. The restaurants were all easy walking distance, but were quiet in mid January. The supermarket is also close and quite large. It was one of safest places we went to in Saint Lucia.

Sharon, our host, was amazing! She graciously, handled any requests we had asked for, from booking excursions ( which was wonderful, the cab picked us up right at our door) to special requests needed for our stay. The place of stay was beautiful and in a great location. We would definitely recommend. The kitchen is well equipped and had pretty much everything you would need to make meals at home. The BBQ was great to have! I would recommend bringing your own seasonings, only salt and pepper are supplied. The rental space was walking distance to restaurants, which we appreciated. We will be definitely will be back

Fabulous house

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious house in a great location. Easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and beds super-comfortable. Really well equipped kitchen. Plenty of fluffy towels available. The backyard terrace was a great place to hang out after daily activities. Mid-week cleaning and change of linen was an extra luxury which seldom happens in a vacation rental. Strongly recommended!

Fully equipped, comfortable beds, close to everything …beach, restaurants, bank, duty free shopping, supermarket…with a lovely view of the harbor. Highly recommend. Don't miss Pigeon Island with nice hike, history and two really nice quiet beaches. Razzmatazz and Spinnakers have good food and prices. Search out Massey gourmet market across street from main store in parking garage.

Unbeatable in every respect

A very spacious property in the most ideal location in Rodney Bay for the marina, town and beach. Decor, furnishing and cleanliness was to the highest standards and we were pleasantly surprised by a housekeeper midweek. Blue sky were excellent and gave us very comprehensive information in the run-up to and during our holiday.

Overall a good experience ,host was communicative and directions were good . In st Lucia the map can guide you close to the place and after that pics of the place works well . House was good and location was good. Host was helpful even before trip started . We had one strange experience of loosing internet and water ,but likely at that time it was windy and rainy and this resolved very quickly . The host was responsive when we reached out .

Great house and location

Check in was easy. House was as listed. Clean, large, everything worked perfectly. Small community is gated. View is great. Several restaurants and great beach are walking distance. Illtyd helped with check in, answered all questions , helped get a taxi. After we checked out, they found a sandal. Illtyd drove it to Sandals resort where we were staying next. So nice!

Beautiful location and home

Lovely home with beautiful patios and views. Beds were comfortable and AC was cool. Location couldn't be beat, nor the views. There were limited toiletries (no shampoo or conditioner), no beach chairs or beach towels which would have been nice, no games or cards, no bottled water in the fridge on arrival or any welcome treats, and nothing in the kitchen to facilitate cooking (oil, spices, coffee beans). These are just some ideas to add to make the stay better/house more welcoming. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect. The photos do not do it justice. Very luxurious, safe and great location. The concierge, Illtyd Forde-Justin, was very responsive and helpful to the couple of questions we had. Teenage kids loved the plunge pool. It was only a few minutes walk to a great beach. Close to lots of restaurants- we would recommend the cockpit pub and spinnakers. Kitchen had everything you could need. Lots of towels. Great air conditioning. We hope to be back, if only to use the BBQ. I spent ages looking at all available properties and got major brownie points for my choice.

Charming with a nice view!

I highly recommend this AirBnB. My friends and I stayed there for a week. The house is big and well furnished. The garden at the back of the house is charming and has a nice view on the marina. Finally we were at walking distance from restaurants and beaches.
