About this property

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment. With views of Wright Square the Federal courthouse this unit is right in the middle of everything. unit is on the 2nd floor and has 1 bedroom and an open living room/kitchen, private washer/dryer and ample natural light through the large font windows.
Large windows in living room/kitchen. Table for 3, desk, sofa, kitchen stocked with the basics. King Sized Bed in bedroom, stackable washer/dryer in hall to bathroom, tub/shower combo in bathroom.
We are a dog friendly apartment. 1 dog maximum. We do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. We require a $150 non-refundable dog fee.

Parking is metered parking on the street, enforced from 8am until 8pm. There is a pay parking garage on the corner of West State and Drayton Street (daily rate is $17)

Great Location

Property was clean and in a perfect location for a weekend in historic Savannah. Parked car down the street in the parking deck and did not need it again until we left. We were able to walk to all the sights and restaurants, etc. Elevator was not working during our stay so good that the unit was only on the second floor. Bed was a bit soft for our liking, but over all everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again!

We've lived in Savannah for over 20 years each. We still live downtown but decided to rent our homes as vacation rentals because we want you to enjoy Downtown Savannah as much as we do. All of our homes are located in the Historic / Victorian district and in walking distance to Forsyth Park where we love to go on Saturday mornings for the Farmers Market or have a picnic on Sunday afternoon. Our kids love the playground and the grand yard.

Our properties were decorated to be comfortable for you and your family/friends. We want you to relax when you're at our homes and if that means lying on the couch and watching a movie then this is the right place for you!
