This was an incredible find for us! It exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Very roomy, comfortable beds (had the best night sleep I have had in a long time actually!) and close to so many of the great things the area has to offer. Would book this again and again!

Great place. Lots of room. Nice layout with comfortable kitchen/dining/ living area on first floor and quiet bedrooms upstairs. Plus bonus kids loft.Super convenient for skiing at Greek Peek.

The condo was clean, nicely stocked and perfect for me, my husband and his parents. My in-laws are already talking about going back in the fall. I messengered the host a couple of times the week before our trip and Meg always replied to answer our questions right away. I would recommend The Trial View to friends and family!

Great location - the closest thing you can have to ski in ski out at Greek. The shuttle stops right outside and comes constantly. Accommodating friendly host. One thing to note - it’s an old place and probably does need to be updated but I’m not going to mark it down for that because I knew that ahead of time. It’s clean, convenient and comfortable. I’d stay again.

We were in town for a family reunion. With over 50 people spread out near Greek Peak mountain resort this was a great space that was near all the local attractions and our family!

This is a great space! Loved that there is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom so it was really comfortable. I'm sure if you had extra people for skiing, it would be great because there is a pullout couch and bunks in the loft area. The mattresses were firm (in case that's an issue for you). Lots of closet space and area for luggage. The decor makes you feel right at home. And they have lots of games and activities for families and children! Nice that the laundry was upstairs near the bathroom and that there is a half bath downstairs. There was A/C so we were comfortable and it was nice that WiFi was included. This is a great location at Greek Peak and the back windows give a fantastic view of the slopes. It must be great in the winter to watch the skiing. My only negative (and it's a personal thing) is that there is a glass front door and glass back door. As a city person, I would have loved a curtain, but again, that's a personal thing. We have stayed at Greek Peak many times and this place was one of our favorites. Great communication from owner! Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations!

The condo was great, anything a guest could want was provided by a very thoughtful host. My one concern would be that the water in the bathroom sink and tub didn’t drain properly but other than that minor issue , definitely a very nice place. We will stay with them again when we return to the area.

Perfect little cozy getaway.

This condo is perfect for a little family get away. Its so close to everything greek peak has to offer and was a short drive to Cortland where my family lives. It was clean, and ac worked amaingly for hot it got outside while there! Owners were always very quick to reply to all of my msgs and very nice. Highly recommend, will stay again.

Perfect view of Greek Peak

Great place with a wonderful view of the mountain. After a morning of skiing; We got to spend the afternoon on the porch in the sun and blocked from the wind. Nice little neighborhood to walk the dog and walked down the mountain. Wonderful hiking in the area within minutes.

Great Spot for baseball tournament stay!

I’m often finding myself in Cortland these days for baseball tournaments. The location of this place is perfect. A short drive to the fields and a nice relaxing place to spend our evenings. What I believe is recent installation of the heat pumps is great to keep the temp just where you want it! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend upstate returning our son to SUNY Cortland and love having the ability to come back to a place that has the amenities of a home to sit down and relax. We enjoyed some last minute family time having breakfast together, playing frisbee golf at Greek Peak and ice cream down the road. Set our son up in his apartment, had family dinner together before leaving him for his Junior year Fall semester. Thank you again for providing a Home away from home to make leaving a bit easier!
