This newly renovated guest studio apartment is a part of Dino Ranch property - a private 2-acre paradise with panoramic red rock views.
The studio can sleep 4 adults. It has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattresses. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub to use in shower, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.
The apartment is well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware and dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo-conditioner, and lotion). The living area includes a sofa, 2-chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Washer and dryer are located inside the apartment and are free to use.
Only a few steps away from the apartment door, you'll find a picturesque pergola with comfortable shaded seating and mesmerizing red rock views. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature, away from the hustle and bustle, while relishing the cozy warmth of the gas fire pit. After a wild two year journey around the United States in an RV and traveling to 25+ countries before that, our family of five finally settled down in Colorado. But that didn't mean we were done traveling! Instead, after being inspired by all the amazing places and outdoor activities this country has to offer, we decided to invest in vacation rentals so others can experience them too - from eclectic beaches alive with bustling nightlife to majestic mountain ranges that teem with adventure; these are spots where many memories have been made...and will continue for years on end!
