The Pavo - Walkable To OU Campus

This is a 'Designs by Davis' home.
The Pavo was inspired by the Pavo constellation. You can find a gorgeous illustration of this constellation at The Pavo.

The Pavo is located 0.8 miles from the OU Stadium and 0.5 miles from Campus Corner, providing a perfect location for walkability to all that the OU Campus area has to offer.

Come home to a comfortable space, with 2 king memory foam beds and 2 twin memory foam beds.

The space
The Pavo is a ‘Designs by David’ home. It is a custom remodel by our team and we are so happy to have the opportunity to share it with you!

Bedrooms
• Master Bedroom
To the back of the home is the master bedroom - with a king sized memory foam mattress, and an attached private master bathroom and a closet. A dresser is also provided for your use.
• First Bedroom
In the front of the home, off of the living room is another bedroom - with a king sized memory foam mattress. The closet in this bedroom is inaccessible to guests, as it is an Owner’s Closet. A dresser is provided for your use.
• Second Bedroom - Kid’s Room or Single Sleepers
In the middle of the home is our third bedroom - with two (2) twin sized memory foam mattresses. A dresser and a closet are provided for your use.

Living Room
• Couch Sleepers
Our living room boasts of comfortable places to sit and/or sleep. The large and spacious leather couches provide room for a single sleeper on each.
Extra throw blankets are provided in a basket to the left of the fireplace, as well as in the middle bedroom with the two twin-sized beds.
Extra pillows are provided for our couch-sleepers in the first bedroom off of the living room. You’ll find these pillows as well as extra quilts on the shelf in the closet in our middle bedroom with the twin-sized beds. Pillow slips for these can be found on that same shelf.
• Fireplace
At this time, the fireplace is decorative and inoperable for fire usage.
• Smart TV
A smart television is provided for your use during your stay. Log into your own streaming services and watch at your preferences!
Cable and local networks are not available.

Bathrooms
We provide one (1) open bathroom at the end of the hall, and one (1) private bathroom attached to the master bedroom for your use.
We provide bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you prefer to bring your own, we have inset shelving for your products in both showers.
* Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets! We appreciate you complying!

Kitchen
• Amenities
During your stay, you will have full use of a KitchenAid gas stovetop/oven range, a farmhouse-style kitchen sink with a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a microwave, a slow cooker, a toaster, a drip coffee pot, and a double refrigerator. Smaller amenities such as plates (found on the open shelving), silverware, and children’s table wear (found in the drawers) as well as other cooking tools such as a blender, and a slow cooker (found in the lower cabinets) are all made available for your use.
• Breakfast Nook
A breakfast nook is made available for your morning coffee and morning reads. It could also be utilized as the designated ‘kids' table’ if you prefer!

Dining Room
• Dining Table
A dining table to seat six (6) is provided for your use during your stay. If you need to seat the maximum occupancy, feel free to pull over a couple of black chairs from the breakfast nook to seat your entire family/friend group for dinner.

Office
• Designated Work Space
To the back of the kitchen near the patio entrance, you’ll find your designated work space accompanied by a counter-height desk and a bar stool.

Backyard and Patio
• Patio Dining Area
A backyard dining area is provided with enough room to seat six (6). A second seating area is provided for a calm and soothing patio moment.
Please *stay cautious* of the patio stairs with infants, children, pets, and our elder guests.
• Backyard Barbecue Grill
The backyard barbecue grill is a charcoal grill suitable for all of your backyard grilling needs. Barbecue tools can be found in the kitchen drawers. Charcoal will be provided during your stay.
• Cornhole Game
Cornhole set up is provided for your use during your stay. It is found in a black zip-up bag. The bags for the game are found in a rattan basket on the patio.
Please put the game back in the zip-up bag after each use to guard against sun damage and weather.

Front Porch
For a second seating option on a sunny day, we provide two (2) swinging chairs and two (2) stationery seating options on the front porch.
Please *stay cautious* of the porch steps with infants, children, pets, and our elder guests.
* Please don’t get too wild on the swings, as there is a large window right behind them.

Guest access
Parking
We provide parking for four (4) vehicles in total. The Pavo sits on the corner of our lot, conveniently providing two (2) driveways.

• There are two (2) parking spots, one vehicle directly behind the other, in the paved driveway to the left of the front entrance to The Pavo on Boyd Street.

• There are two (2) parking spots, one directly behind the other, in the natural driveway at the back entrance of The Pavo on Flood Ave. Please enter and exit this driveway with caution, as it is steep and narrow. Please be aware that if you drive a lower-to-the-ground rig, you may consider using the front (paved) driveway instead. This is a natural driveway, so be cautious in wet weather. This is a shared driveway, so please park aligning with the left garage door only.

* Please be aware that both driveways are entered and exited on a busy street. Back out with caution!

Other things to note
We’d like to point out again that our home sits on the corner of the lot.

This does conveniently provide extra parking spaces, and due to the location it also provides an incredibly convenient walking distance to OU Campus and Campus Corner!

This is a booming neighborhood with lots of events happening throughout the year. Please *stay cautious* of children and pets outside of the backyard, as there is potential for plenty of traffic.

We'd also like to set the following expectation: due to nationwide shortages of supplies, we have been and remain unable to find and/or purchase privacy blinds for the windows. Our windows are dressed with curtains, but we have yet to be able to find window blinds. Please be made aware of this, and know that we are still searching to supply our home with privacy blinds.
