Home is updated and immaculate! This fully furnished, single family home is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Complete access to resort facilities—golf, tennis, pickle ball, pools, hot tubs, restaurants and bars, workout center, and more!
2 well-stated bedrooms each with a queen bed, 2 full baths, open floor plan, with a fully stocked and functional kitchen.
A peaceful private backyard to enjoy while you watch the evening stars.
A separate amenity transfer fee covers 2 for your entire stay (if guests desire to use club facilities which includes golf, swimming, tennis, pickle ball, gym, restaurants, bars, live entertainment, and more! )

Limit 2 vehicles to park in driveway. Limit 4 guests. There is 1 small step into home entrance. Home is in the Palo/Verde section of the Sun Lakes community. There is a beautiful pool, golf course, courts, hot tub, covered patio and restaurant/bar just a few blocks from the home. Walkable for sure.
