Easy access to 275 so you can be in Downtown Tampa, Saint Pete or the beaches in no time! There are 4 major hospitals less than 4 miles away. USF is only 6 minutes away.

-- Visitors may not stay overnight.
-- Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.
-- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of this time.

You will have full access to the whole house, yard, and designated parking space in front.

There is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens and CVS 5 minutes away by car. There are a few local restaurants all 3-5 minutes by car as well. There is also a Wells Fargo and Bank of America a few minutes away.
