Just steps from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of Navarre Beach, this end unit townhome has it all! Kick off your flops and leave your worries at the door. This beautiful updated townhome is perfect for your next family vacation!



Pull into your own private garage with plenty of space for 3 cars, paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, wagons, coolers, or anything else you choose to bring along. Open the back garage door and you're literally steps from your own private walkthrough to the Gulf of Mexico. There is even an outdoor shower and gas grill waiting on you when you get back from the beach. Upstairs you'll find an open living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, huge island, large dining table, and open living room. Enjoy Gulf views from the entire living area. Walk out from the living room to a private balcony with beach access. With all updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feed the whole crew. There is a queen bedroom and full bathroom on this floor also. Up another flight of stairs are three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private balcony with breathtaking views, a comfortable king bed, and en suite bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has three twin beds. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay at Navarre beach. The location was easy to go west to Pensacola or east to Destin/Fort Walton and the grocery store is just on the other side of the bridge. We watched fireworks from Fort Walton on the balcony one night. The beach was beautiful, clean, uncrowded, and steps from the condo. The ice maker is a great addition and made filling coolers each day super convenient.

What a Great Place.

We had a wonderful time staying at Seas the Day. I don't think we could have asked for more. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed; the beds were super comfy; and the view was incredible. Lots of extras to make you feel welcome. Would be happy to rent Seas the Day again and will probably look into doing so again next year.

We couldn’t have had a better experience! The views are beautiful! The beach is right there. Everything you need for the beach is there: beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys. The home is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for preparing meals, having a family get together. Grocery stores, restaurants, sight-seeing, and shopping are easily accessible.

Love this place!!! This is the closest/shortest walk to the beach than anyplace else we have stayed!! The bonus was, there's an ice machine! I have never had that available in any other home to rent!!! It made perfect clear ice or drinks!!

We are really enjoying this place. The kids lay outside off the patio every night. We came to the bay side about 2 minutes down the road and have had the absolute best time. The wind was too thong at the beach and water was closed. It has been great will def. Rent again would live a board walk or handicap walk but still would rent again

My new favorite beach house 😀 Two weeks of pure enjoyment. The neighbors (all of them) were like instant old friends. The home had everything you could need... and the beach right outside has such a calming effect. Lots of fun things to do nearby. I highly recommend beach walks, not missing the sun rises/sunsets, and trying the amazing seafood at restaurants nearby and up and down the coast. Loved every minute... even on rainy days. Enjoy!!

Perfect for our family of 9!

Overall love Seas the Day! Everything is great from the location and ease to get to the beach, to the floorplan, furnishings, well stocked kitchen. The availability of chairs and beach toys was so helpful, even had a neighbor visiting from Ohio ask us about the items the grands were playing with because they flew down and couldnt bring those things. The only negative is that perhaps a deep clean is needed. We definitley would love to stay again.

Gulf views

On arrival the location. Was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. Private beach , Gulf of Mexico in the back yard. This area is very relaxing and calm. It is a short drive to Pensacola , Navarre , Destin , gulfarium, Zoo, multiple Museum's, the navarre beach pier , Pensacola Beach pier , deep sea charters grocery stores, and plenty of places to go out to eat and the food is wonderfull everywhere we went. Bella Luna Italian Restaurant, Windjammers at the Navarre beach pier , Red fish blue fish there is many many.

Seas the day

Loved the property. It was in a great location and had a well furnished kitchen. However, the air conditioner was locked down and it was hard to get the condo cool enough to sleep. I wound up purchasing some box fans to assist. The time that we were there the outside temperatures were very pleasant. It believe staying there in July would be tough. Other than that issue, we were pleased with the condo.

Relaxing as it gets

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and LOVED that beach chairs, toys, floats, and more were available to take to the beach. The area was so calm and peaceful. I read some reviews about the a/c not working, but it stayed nice and cool for us the whole time. We did have an issue as soon as we walked in, I noticed a puddle of water and the owner was great at responding and fixing the issue right away. We very much appreciated that. The only thing that was a slight annoyance was the grass near the area to rinse the sand off was grown up and needs to be taken care of. I'm sure if I would have brought that up to him, he would have taken care of it right away, but didn't feel it was super necessary. Overall, we had a perfectly relaxing vacation.

Fall vacation

This house was excellent! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The beds were very comfortable, the only drawback was the curtains in the bedrooms could have been a little darker. The morning sun is very bright!! Overall this house is perfect! We will be back!!

On the beach, can't be closer

House was great, would like to see some upgrades. A walkway to the beach would be a nice add-on. I'd also get rid of the white carpet, tough to keep clean.

Exterminator needed for roaches and ants. The house needs a few things fixed. For the amount of money paid,I expect and usually get a property in much better condition. Location is perfect though.
