Greta little spot. Stayed with my wife and her parents for a basketball tournament my son played in which was really close to the sports center. Easy access to food and downtown Rock Hill. The owner is really nice as I was able to meet him. Would stay here again.

Family visit

Place was nicely done, great location and was perfect stay. Just wish we had discovered it a couple years ago. Perfect place to stay and visit our son at college.

Fabulous

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Wished the Vrbo residents didn’t get up at 5:00am and start walking around 💤😢. Definitely will be back and hopefully rent top and bottom.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Location
The stay here was the worst, the beds were so bad we went to Walmart to purchase 2 blow up beds to sleep on, the couch was horrible to sit to relax. There was this old painting above the bed that fell and hit me in the head, I may or may not have suffered a concussion. Also, the people in the apartment above us stomped day and night. Be careful when renting this place. I will never stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback. For context for future guests: this review was posted after we were unable to accommodate a refund request that fell outside our published cancellation policy. At no point during the stay did we receive any communication about the beds, the couch, or any incident — had we, we would have responded immediately, as our review history reflects. We wish you the best in your travels.

Best VRBO Stay Yet!

Hands down, this is the best property my family and I have ever had the pleasure of renting. This house has every feature you could want and easily accommodates children, families, and/or couples. The home is impeccably designed with high end finishes and gives attention to the smallest of details. We loved our stay and will absolutely book here again (but rent the whole house next time!) on our next visit to Rock Hill.
