Luxury Acres is a beautiful affordable home nestled on over 4 acres of land. Private pool with Large commercial pool slide. The property has tons of amenities. ALL parties, gatherings, events MUST be booked directly for security purposes. Our direct booking link is luxuryacres.com. If you book a party without approval we will cancel without refund and have police ask you to vacate. THERE IS A $1300 FEE FOR ANY PARTIES UNAUTORIZED. Only 16 guests to be on property Total. This includes guests that are NOT spending the night. We are on a septic system.

ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD Music !!!!
All guest other than MAX 11 Staying overnight must be off property by 8 pm.

⭐100% NO 🚭 Smoking on the property (Indoor/Outdoor) ($200 Fine for smoking in property or on deck)

⭐ ABSOLUTELY NO ticket sales, social media, radio, television etc. promoted events at the property.

Absolutely NO DJ's due to the noise ordinance police will be called for loud music.

We were two families staying close to the PGA Championship so we didn’t spend the whole day at the property. It definitely needed an overhaul of weeding and trimming trees. Did not look like the pictures and one of the pathways the overgrowth made it so you couldn’t stay on the path. The pathway lighting was damaged and just laying around. The big ‘kids’ bedroom with the bunk beds smelled like mildew from too many kids who probably had wet suits on the carpet. Other bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kids had a lot of fun with pool and basketball courts. Owner was responsive when code didn’t work.

Fun activities!

It was great to have pool, hot tub, basketball court and all the other activities all in one place. The privacy was a plus as well! One thing that could improve the stay is if there were better pans for cokming.

What an amazing space

Went to the collegiate disc golf national championship in Rock Hill, SC for a week. The nine college boys loved that they had all the outdoor activities and the bunk room was great and everyone had plenty of space. Owner was very nice and responsive.

Best weekend ever!

We had an amazing weekend at this property! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The beds were great and kitchen well stocked. The outdoor area was the best! The kids were never bored and us adults had a great time in the pool and hot tub. This is a perfect place for all ages and we will definitely be back!

Backyard Fun!

We rented this property for a summer kick off meeting and the backyard was perfect for our needs! It was great for our day time large group and we really enjoyed the pool, basket ball court, and putt putt course.

Graduation Party in June

Everyone had a great time! Kids were thrilled about the pool, basketball court and the kids rooms. The adults enjoyed the games and the bar. The teens enjoyed the mini golf and making videos and Tiktok to show their friends on social media as well as the jacuzzi. We were all just blown away at this place and planning our next party all at the same time. Rana was great at responding to any questions but the house manuals answered everything! I would highly recommend this property.

Disappointed

We stayed at this property during Spring Break. When we arrived the kitchen floor was visibly dirty as if it hadn’t been swept. We made an eight hour drive to get to the property so I choose to clean it myself instead of reaching out to the owner. The home has very visible “wear and tear”. There are several holes in the walls throughout the home like in the master bedroom and in the kitchen above the stove. The labels to most of the sinks are also incorrect ex. cold=hot, hot=cold. The ladders to the bunk beds are not secure. The stovetop was dirty as well as the kitchen counters (again I cleaned them myself). The fridge/freezer had food leftover from previous renters. The freezer had several frozen meat packages that should have been cleaned out. I washed a few items in the washing machine and when I went to dry them, I noticed the dryer was FULL of towels and linens. I did not reach out to the owner about the condition of the home because there was really no “quick fix.” My kids really enjoyed the basketball court and jacuzzi however they didn’t get to play golf because the only golf clubs we could locate on the property were broken. Due to the weather, we were only able to use the pool once but my kids really enjoyed the slide. I did contact the owner about the very visible debris at the bottom of the pool and was assured it was only pollen that could not be cleaned out. Overall the home wasn’t what I expected. For the price I paid, I had much higher expectations. I have a large family and we use vacation rentals several times a year. I was very disappointed in the condition of the home. I will not be staying here again.

Needs lots of TLC and professionalism lol

So it’s with a very heavy heart that I leave this review. I am a former hospitality professional and I have so much love for the industry. I hate to see hospitality not done in excellence. Unfortunately, that is the case here with this rental. The time leading up to the stay was absolutely great. The host and I had communicated about the stay and the number of guests we were expecting. There was even a mixup with us having a birthday party for my son one day of the stay. However, this issue was cleared up and everything was all set for our arrival. Then we checked in. The initial appearance of the property was just as amazing as the pictures online would suggest. However, as we made our way around and started checking everything out we were definitely taken back. The first thing we noticed from across the room was the amount of finger and hand prints on the stainless steel refrigerator. Then we opened the fridge and noticed that it was pretty bad inside as well. There were opened food items left from the previous guests as well as stains that hadn't been cleaned. To be honest, the cleaning was very subpar. Even the few dishes that were available weren't cleaned very well. Our initial plan for the weekend was to cook dinner for everyone and also bake cupcakes for my son's 1st birthday. After seeing the conditions we had to change that plan. Another issue with cleaning inside the house was the bathrooms. The attention to detail was not there as there was urine visible under the toilet seat and around the posts that keep the seat in place. The end of the first night came with a very unpleasant surprise as we noticed roaches in the kitchen. At this point we packed up all the food we had brought and hoped and prayed that they hadn't gotten into any of our belongings. Then we inspected outside area which included the pool and hot tub. The overall appearance of the outside area was beautiful for the most part. The hosts did an amazing job with the games and amenities that were available for guests. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the outside as well. The first and most obvious is the amount of debris in the pool. It looked as if the pool needed to be vacuumed or a better filter. And then there was the hot tub. The heavy smell of chlorine was a sign to meant that something might not be right. There was some kind of greasy film on the top layer of the the hot tub, along with a ring of dirt and debris around the side. Not to mention the floatin

Perfect for family time!

The house is even better in person than the pictures look. Beautiful decor, and the kids room with the all the bunk beds was such a cool room. I went with my sister and our kids, 4 kids total ages 12-16. There wasn’t much to do in the neighborhood but the private pool and waterslide more than made up for that and the kids had a blast. We had some minor issues with the hot tub and washer, but I messaged Rana and she was there within 30 minutes to fix it. I’d definitely recommend this house to friends.

Okay, but not clean

Overall we came to this place for the outdoor amenities- particularly the pool. The pool was nice, but overall everything outdoors is run down and dirty. The pool was dirty, there were clumps of hair in the hot tub, the tables and chairs had thick layers of dirt and clearly had not been wiped down. The outdoor chairs are very flimsy and cheap. Indoors was not cleaned well (just spot cleaned). There was still dirty walls, fingernail clipping on floor, etc. it wasn’t horrible but definitely just didn’t feel clean. Our stay wasn’t terrible, but given the fact that it didn’t feel clean I would not stay here again.

Fun girls weekend away

Super fun getaway for our girls weekend! Check in process was super simple, host was extremely responsive and helpful. There is so much to do on site, hot tub was awesome, and it's super convenient to get to restaurants .
