North Peak 3-210 located at Sunday River Ski Resort

This condo is located in Building three at North Peak. Some of the best trail access offered right from this building. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Living room offers a gas fireplace. Sitting by the fireplace is the perfect spot to be after a long day on the slopes. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of bunks. Full bath. There is a ski locker for renters use. Also coin operated washers and dryers in the building. North Peak also offer an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

We had a really wonderful stay! Rental was immaculately clean and stocked with everything we need. The storage locker for our ski stuff was phenomenal and made the ski in/ ski out work flawlessly. We will be back!!

Excellent location. Perfectly clean and comfortable. No complaints. All good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Spoiled

My adult son and I try to go away for a ski weekend every year and this last minute booking did not disappoint. Wonderful accommodations near my favorite trails at Sunday River. Would love to book again for next year. Thank you!

Four guys return to North Peak for another great outing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No surprises. We love that. We have rented through Four Seasons, and appreciate them more every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The best!!!
