About this property

St Augustine Amazing Direct Oceanfront with balcony.

We are very excited to share our newest beach home in St. Augustine florida. We absolutely fell in love with this home and property as it was a family compound for 50 years. Over an acre of sandy backyard leading to the beach. We have renovated the homes with new appliances, fixtures and tile while maintaining the original architectural design. Cozy yey spacious home has a lovely enclosed deck lading to an upper outdoor balcoy overlooking the gorgeous ocean.
Mermaid overlooks the magnificent Vilano Beach. Our home sits on 1 acre of sandy backyard with palm trees, hammocks, charcoal grill and yard games. Wonderful family stay. we are centrally located to St Augustine tourist attraction. Feel free to message me with any questions. Look forward to hosting for you :)

We had the best time for our stay! Everything was clean and tidy and check in and check out was simple and easy. Our host was phenomenal in communicating with us. The place is beautiful and cozy. We will definitely recommend this place and will definitely return again!

Cozy beautiful beach bungalow!

Perfect beach bungalow for our family (Parents and four college kids)! Location is amazing...a second floor home with an amazing view of Vilano beach. The interior is perfect for movie watching, family meals, games and bonding. The sunroom provides a great spot for relaxing, socializing with views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a great pantry space for storing any stuff you bring. Beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. Plenty of parking! We will definitely book here again!

a great birthday celebration

We stayed for 3 days to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. The property was lovely and tastefully decorated. The furniture was very comfortable with plenty of seating options. The view was stunning and exactly as advertised. Our only real issue was the master bath room. There was no hot water in the sink and the shower was VERY small. The French doors with the clear windows made it difficult to to have any privacy. A small curtain would have made a huge difference. Overall it was a a great stay and i would definitely return.

This place was in the perfect location. The deck you can watch the ocean and listen to the waves. The host thought of everything,. Was wonderful to communicate with and we just loved it! We will definitely be back!

Giving our guest rest, relaxation in a beautiful home that offers tranquility, style and all the amenities to ensure a sweet vacation.
