This two-story luxury home with panoramic views of Canyon Lake can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. This completely renovated house boasts 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and large open concept kitchen/living. Guests will love the large outdoor deck, inground pool, diving board, outdoor kitchen, outdoor games & custom-built oversized swing. Guests will surely have no worries in this spacious and serene property on Canyon Lake, TX.

Modern designs make this entire Lake House feel airy, fresh and inviting. The warm wood tones of the house truly make this feel like your home away from home! Upon entry into the house on the lower level, you are quickly greeted by the spacious downstairs living area with full size couch, sitting chairs and a 60` HDTV. Guests can enjoy the 2 King sized bedrooms plus a bunkroom with plush bedding. 10 guests can comfortably sleep downstairs. There are also 2 size bathrooms downstairs with plenty of luxury towels and linens. A full-size washer & dryer is also housed downstairs for our guest`s convenience. The large downstairs deck is complete with a custom-built oversized swing.

As you make your way upstairs, guests will undoubtedly be in awe of the full wall of glass windows providing unparallel views of Canyon Lake! The oversized sectional and barrel chairs provide the ultimate comfort in seating. The beautiful marble fireplace with a 60` HDTV provides just the right amount of warmth to this spacious open concept living, dining & kitchen area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is complete with a large stainless-steel fridge, double ovens, large island with bar seating for 4, pot filler, plus much more! The beautiful indoor dining table can comfortably seat up to 8 guests. A half bathroom with beautiful marble sink is also conveniently located upstairs.

The spacious upstairs Master En suite has a luxurious King size bed with a beautiful pool view and a 60` HDTV. The master bath has a large walk-in tiled shower with bench seating, double vanities. Guests will enjoy the USB ports on the bedside nightstands.

Enjoy those hot Texas summer days and take a dip in the private pool or take a quick drive down to any of the nearby Canyon Lake access points. Enjoy the warmth and glow of evening fires while enjoying fireside chats, sunsets and late-night star gazing!

New Braunfels is conveniently located less than1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

Experienced and responsible childcare services are offered at select properties. Take comfort in knowing your child(ren) are being taken care of by reliable and trustworthy childcare providers who are also first-aid and CPR certified.

::Pet Policy::

Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
