"The Day Maker” is a cozy mountain retreat where one can enjoy a quiet family experience with historic Waynesville, Maggie Valley, and Sylva just around the corner. Just 35 minutes to downtown Asheville. Enjoy sitting in the all-weather room nestled with a cup of coffee and starting and the leaves in the fall, snow in the winter, or just a beautiful fall day. Take the family to see the Elk in Cataloochee Valley but be early. With activities for all within a few short drives, your able to venture out during the day to return to this cozy retreat for a quiet and relaxing evening. There are 3 separate sitting areas that provide a relaxing environment if you like to read, play games, or just sit back with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
